This is unrelated to the episode or even Lost itself, but the scenes somewhat resemble Dr. Jack Shepherd running around and saving as many people as possible. The first part of the pilot covers the first hour or so after the crash, with Dr. It was truly a communal experience, which is one of the things that makes Lost so special after all these years.

#Abc lost season 6 episode 1 series
Back in 2004 I wanted to watch Lost because I had just read Lord of the Flies in school and thought the new ABC serialized series would be an excellent, realistic take on what being stranded on an island in today's world would be like - ha! Little did I know that this show would suck me into a science fiction hatch that I could never, ever escape.
